At Zhawarma, we’re committed to delivering your order with care, speed, and discretion. To enhance your confidence while shopping with us, we offer the following shipping insurance policy:
🔒 Insurance Coverage
All orders shipped within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) and the European Union (excluding the Republic of Ireland) are automatically insured up to 50% of the order’s total value.
This coverage applies only in the case of confirmed non-delivery (i.e., tracking shows undelivered/lost).
The refund or replacement value is capped at 50% of the subtotal (excluding shipping fees).
Ireland (Republic) is not included in the insurance policy at this time due to increased logistical risk.
📦 Eligibility for Insurance
To qualify for insurance coverage, the following conditions must be met:
The delivery address must be within eligible UK or EU countries (excluding Ireland).
The order must be shipped via our tracked and insured delivery method.
The customer must notify us within 14 calendar days of the expected delivery date if the parcel has not arrived.
The tracking must not show a successful delivery scan.
⚠️ Exclusions
Orders shipped to the Republic of Ireland are not covered under this insurance policy.
Misdelivery due to incorrect address input by the customer is not covered.
Parcels marked as “Delivered” by the courier are not eligible for claims.
Damage, partial loss, or stolen items after delivery are not covered.

Include your order number, tracking ID, and a short explanation of the issue. We’ll verify the claim and issue a refund or reshipment for up to 50% of the original product value, where applicable.
