1. Is Zhawarma legit? +

2. Where do we ship? +
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the European Union (excluding the Republic of Ireland).
3. Where is my order shipped from? +
Orders to the UK ship from within the UK. EU orders ship from local EU stock. This ensures faster, safer, and smoother delivery.
4. What crypto do you accept? +
Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (ERC20 & TRC20), Litecoin (LTC), and Monero (XMR). Full list shown at checkout.
5. How do I buy crypto? +
Use Coinbase, Binance, or Kraken (with ID) or go private with Paxful, LocalCryptos, or Bisq (no KYC). Buy, send to your wallet, and you’re ready to shop.

9. When will I get my tracking number? +
Tracking is sent within 24 hours after dispatch, via email or Session if requested.
10. I didn’t get my confirmation email. What now? +
Check your spam folder first. Still missing? Send us a Session message with your order email or ID and we’ll resend it.
11. Do I need to give real info? Will it be stored? +
Use an alias if you like, but your delivery address must be accurate. We only collect what’s necessary and you can delete your data anytime. No records are kept longer than needed.
12. What if I don’t receive my order? +
If your order is lost (not marked as delivered), you’re eligible for up to 50% value coverage if you’re in the UK or EU (excl. Ireland). See our shipping policy for details.
