Vacuum-sealed mylar inside a smell-proof inner sleeve, inside plain Royal Mail packaging. No brand markings, no return address that gives anything away. We test our packaging by carrying it on the tube in summer.
Order cutoff
Place by 4:30 PM GMT for same-day dispatch. Orders after that ship the next working day.
Tracking on every order
You get a Royal Mail tracking number as soon as your label is generated. Tracking updates the moment it scans into the system.
If it does not arrive
Royal Mail occasionally misroutes. If your order is more than two working days late, message us with the order ID and post code. We reship or refund without drama.
